How it works

Practical learning. Real support. Lasting change.

  1. Learn

Each month, one short lesson on a different area of health: stress, sleep, nutrition, movement and more.

  2. Practise

Simple strategies to try in your own life, without adding to your to-do list.

  3. Get support

A monthly therapist-led small group to help you apply what you're learning and keep going.

Covered by benefits

Covered by most Ontario teachers' extended health benefits plans.

Delivered by a registered psychotherapist. Open to teachers and educational assistants.

The next step

There's more to life than getting through the day.

Our next program begins in January 2027. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when enrolment opens.
