Meet Helen Scott
Assistant Professor, University of Toronto
Founder of Thrive Canada
Helen has spent over two decades as an epidemiologist and assistant professor at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health studying women’s health. Now, she works directly with women to support them to reconnect with their emotional, physical, and mental health through evidence-based therapy and holistic wellness practices. Specializing in burnout and nervous system regulation, she understands the real emotional toll of managing busy lives and the courage it takes to slow down.
As a liscenced psychotherapist, she walks alongside women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or numb from the demands of daily life. Her gift is creating safe, compassionate spaces for healing and reconnection.
This retreat is an invitation to begin that process as the seasons change: gently, intentionally, and in good company.
